IMPORTANT NOTICE Regarding December Software Update

It is possible that your December software updates will arrive later than usual. The Postal Service promised some time ago that the new postage statements that will be required as of January 22, 2012 would be distributed to software vendors by December 23, 2011. However, they have not been able to meet this deadline, which has affected our ability to release the December update.

Updated Processing Acknowledgement Form Required

Updated NCOALink® Processing Acknowledgement Forms (PAFs) are now available with our new business name, Bell and Howell BCC, LLC. The USPS® has required this updated PAF be used for any new or expired list owners. List owners with a valid PAF on file will not have to use the new PAF until their expiration date.
