| Mailing lists, meet reality.
Reality, meet mailing lists.
If an address doesn't exist, what's it doing in your list? For maximum confidence in mailing list data, CASS™ encoding is just the beginning. The Delivery Point Validation option with Mail Manager 2010 gives lists a valuable “reality check,” helping you deliver maximum mailing efficiency — and boosting your profits at the same time.
Delivery Point Validation takes standard ZIP + 4® encoding an important step further by flagging addresses that don't exist as a valid delivery point. It can even increase your address correction rate by performing additional “detective work” on addresses that match multiple ZIP + 4 database records.
Adding this valuable resource can streamline mailroom operations and make you a hero to your customers, who'll save on production costs and wasted postal fees. Clean up your lists and boost your bottom line with Delivery Point Validation and Mail Manager 2010. Only from BCC Software.
Note: DPV is now included with Mail Manager 2010 and Mail Manager 2010 LE.

Think
your lists are sanitized?
Get Delivery Point Validaiton, and get real.
With
postal rates on the rise, every edge counts in keeping profits
and productivity high. Comprehensive list maintenance is essential,
which makes BCC's Delivery Point Validation option a must for any professional mailer.
This premium option uses United States Postal Service® terchnology licensed to BCC Software exclusively for use with Mail Manager
2010 and Mail Manager 2010 LE. Delivery Point Validation improves
upon standard ZIP + 4 encoding by verifying that an address actually
exists as a deliverable mail destination. Encoding without Delivery Point Validation can only reveal whether an address falls within general ranges
supplied in regular ZIP + 4 data files.
Adding
this option to your mailing process allows you to compare list
data with the real world, and separate useful addresses from those
just wasting space (along with valuable production and postage
costs).
Along
with USPS DPV data updates, subscribers to this option may choose to receive monthly Post Office™ data files, enabling increased access
to the most up-to-date ZIP + 4 information available. A standard Mail Manager 2010 subscription includes ZIP + 4 updates
only every 60 days. (Monthly ZIP + 4 files are also available without
a DPV subscription; call 800-453-3130 for more information.)
The
Delivery Point Validation option offers the same intuitive ease of use found in all
BCC Software products and services, and a user-selective “On / Off” function allows it to be deactivated for less vital or more time-sensitive
mailing jobs.
Using the option to identify addresses likely to
result in Undeliverable As Addressed mailpieces, you're also helping to drive down UAA costs that often result in increased
USPS rates. In the meantime, you can concentrate on boosting your
own revenues and delivering maximum efficiency for your customers … thanks to Delivery Point Validation and Mail Manager 2010.
