Training Workshops

Bell and Howell offers training workshops that provide new and experienced users alike with instruction appropriate to their level of experience. These workshops can elevate anyone’s BCC Mail Manager "IQ," and help users optimize their use of Bell and Howell's BCC Solutions products. These sessions are offered at the Standard, Advanced and Power Workshop levels. New for 2012, a one-day Automation Workshop has been added to our workshop schedule.

Express Learning Sessions (ELS)

Bell and Howell also offers complimentary Express Learning Sessions, a free series of tutorials designed to optimize your BCC Mail Manager efficiency. ELS events offer high-impact "one-on-one" training in a live, online environment. Sessions are brief (about an hour) and allow you to brush up on specific BCC Mail Manager features without leaving your office.
